Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels and processes of our company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role will also involve analyzing data to forecast demand and make recommendations for inventory adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, track movement of goods, and ensure accuracy of data
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
- Analyze sales trends and customer demand to forecast inventory needs
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast upcoming product launches or promotions
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions
- Train and supervise inventory staff members
- Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and cost analysis
- Identify areas for improvement in the inventory process and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing inventory in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge of supply chain management software is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (no English language required)
