Loader Operator

The loader operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate should have experience operating loaders, but we are also open to training candidates without experience. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension, and accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load and transport materials such as gravel, sand, or rocks
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery
- Inspect machinery before use and report any issues
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Keep track of materials loaded and transported for record keeping purposes

Requirements:
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience operating loaders preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of machinery maintenance preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license preferred

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery. No formal education is required for this position, but applicants should have basic math skills and be able to follow instructions.
