Instrument Technician



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Triesen. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. Your main duties will include installing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing instruments such as meters, gauges, sensors, and controllers.

Responsibilities:

- Install new instruments and systems according to specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with existing instruments and systems
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Repair or replace malfunctioning components
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in instrument technology and industry standards
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on site

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in industrial or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation principles
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in instrument maintenance and repair
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues quickly
- Able to read technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job such as lifting heavy equipment or working at heights if necessary

Salary:

1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:

Triesen, Liechtenstein (Candidates from other nationalities are welcome to apply)

Working hours:

Full-time (40 hours/week) with potential for overtime during busy periods.
