Phlebotomist

We are in need of a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Sakaka. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. Your main duties will include preparing patients for the procedure, verifying patient information and labeling samples correctly, and maintaining accurate records of collected samples. The ideal candidate should have experience in venipuncture and be knowledgeable about proper handling and storage of blood samples. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills. Accommodation will not be provided.

Phlebotomist Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process
- Prepare necessary equipment and ensure its cleanliness
- Identify the correct vein for blood drawing
- Collect blood samples from patients with minimal discomfort
- Verify patient information and label samples correctly
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples
- Follow proper procedures for sample handling and storage
- Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols

Phlebotomist Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or related role
- Certification in phlebotomy is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of venipuncture techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong recordkeeping skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
