Floral Designer

We are searching for a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events. Your duties include selecting and arranging flowers, greenery, and other accessories to create visually appealing designs, as well as maintaining the quality and freshness of the flowers.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong eye for detail and creativity. You must also have excellent communication skills to understand clients' requests and preferences. As a Florist, you must have extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and how to care for them properly.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create floral arrangements according to clients' requests
- Select appropriate flowers, greenery, and accessories to create unique designs
- Ensure that all flowers are fresh and of high quality
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral designing
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new ones when necessary
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Set up floral displays at events or venues as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and how to care for them properly
- Creative eye for design with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (flower arrangements)
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available

Salary: 1000$ (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Kuwait

Preferred Nationality: Indian (but all nationalities are welcome to apply)
