We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be passionate about flowers and have a natural talent for creating beautiful arrangements. As a Floral Designer, you will use your expertise to design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements using various types of flowers and foliage
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their event
- Provide guidance and suggestions on floral options based on the client's budget and theme
- Order flowers and other necessary materials from suppliers
- Prepare flowers by cutting, trimming, and conditioning them for use in arrangements
- Set up displays at events according to client specifications
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure workspace is clean and organized
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design techniques

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, plants, and their characteristics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to consult with clients
- Basic math skills for budgeting purposes
- Attention to detail
- Physical endurance for standing long hours
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400 USD per month.

This is a full-time job with no English language requirements. We welcome applications from all nationalities. Experience in floral design is preferred but we also welcome freshers who are willing to learn. This position does not include accommodation.
