Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor for our fast-paced delivery company in Jeddah, you will oversee the daily operations of our team of couriers. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers and ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Train and coach new couriers on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and productivity
- Schedule routes for couriers to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery time
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and packages are properly handled to maintain customer satisfaction
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, supply inventory, and equipment upkeep

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in Nepali language; English proficiency is not required but considered an asset
for communication with non-Nepali speaking team members
- Must be physically fit as this role may involve heavy lifting or long periods of standing/walking
while supervising deliveries
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Salary:
1200$ per month
