Indian Chef



We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes that will delight our customers. Your main duties will include preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and creating new menu items. We are looking for someone with a passion for Indian cuisine, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Create new menu items that reflect current food trends and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Comply with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, and flavors used in Indian cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is preferred

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
