Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Commercial Architect and possess a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and approve plans submitted by contractors for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Work closely with contractors to resolve any issues that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
