Commercial Architect in Vianden, Egypt (Contract with Accommodation)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden, Egypt on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate design solutions
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using specialized software
- Manage the entire construction process from initial design to project completion
- Ensure that all buildings meet safety standards and comply with local building codes
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design plans
- Monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments or changes
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio of past projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position.

Accommodation:
As part of the contract agreement, we provide accommodation for our employees during their time in Vianden. This includes a fully furnished apartment with all utilities included.
