Commercial Architect - Vianden, Luxembourg

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Vianden, Luxembourg. Your main objective will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet clients' needs and adhere to all necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and budget
- Develop design concepts based on client's needs and site conditions
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Good communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
