Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Lom is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing and maintaining radio equipment, as well as a strong understanding of audio and broadcast technology.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair radio equipment, including transmitters, receivers, and antennas
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Monitor signal strength and quality to ensure optimal broadcast performance
- Install new equipment and perform upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth on-air operations
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of radio equipment, audio systems, and broadcast technology
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lom, the capital city of Nepal. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in the country.

Experience:
Experience in radio repair or maintenance is required for this role. Freshers with relevant education or training may also be considered.

We provide free visa sponsorship for foreign workers hired for this position. However, candidates are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Nepal.
