As a Handyman in Albena, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance services promptly and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
