Handyman for Renovation Projects in Albena, Canada

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Albena, Canada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various renovation and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include painting, carpentry work, plumbing and electrical repairs, and general maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or related field
- Strong knowledge of various construction materials and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties to identify necessary repairs or maintenance tasks
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces according to specifications
- Install fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, door handles, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged tiles or flooring
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all completed tasks and materials used
