Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician

We are in search of a reliable and skilled Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bansko. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance, with a strong understanding of various repair and maintenance techniques. The main responsibility of this role will be to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our properties, including basic repairs, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general upkeep tasks. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently is essential. This is a contract position with competitive salary of 1500$ per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Conducting routine inspections to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs
- Troubleshooting and resolving any plumbing or electrical issues
- Painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of properties
- Communicating effectively with property managers to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies for repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of repair and maintenance techniques for plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or training in a relevant field (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Experience working in the hospitality industry or with rental properties
- Basic knowledge of multiple languages (English preferred)
