Team Lead - Ufa, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Ufa, Egypt. As our Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the team
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify areas for improvement within the team processes and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits for Egypt
