Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Ashdod. As a leading construction company specializing in residential and commercial properties, we are looking for a highly organized and skilled professional to ensure the successful completion of our projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of construction projects
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Manage all aspects of project administration including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress is in accordance with plans and regulations
- Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Proficient in project management software

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ashdod. Candidates must be eligible to work in Israel.
