Barber for Malayalees and Nepalis in Ashdod


We are hiring a skilled Barber to cater specifically to the needs of our Malayalee and Nepali customers in Ashdod. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized work station.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their specific hair or beard styling requests
- Provide haircuts, trims, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Keep up-to-date with current hair trends and styles
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sterilize tools and equipment after each use
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Process payments accurately using our POS system

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee or Nepali by nationality or have extensive experience working with these communities
- Proven experience working as a Barber
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of various hairstyles, beard styles, and grooming techniques
- Ability to use different tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam or Nepali is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and occasional evening shifts

Salary: 1300$ per month
