Machine Operator


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe operation of the machines while producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper calibration
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards
- Keep production area clean and organized, following safety guidelines at all times
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and report any malfunctions or defects immediately
- Collaborate with other team members to increase productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Technical knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Good understanding of quality control principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This job is located in Eldoret, Kenya.
