Data Mining Analyst

As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for examining large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions. You will utilize your skills in data analysis and statistical modeling to extract valuable information from various sources and present it in a meaningful way. This role requires a strong understanding of data mining techniques and the ability to work with complex data sets.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from multiple sources
- Applying data mining techniques such as clustering, regression, and classification to identify trends and patterns
- Creating visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
- Developing predictive models using statistical software such as R or Python
- Monitoring data quality and identifying potential issues or anomalies
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments in data mining tools and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R or Python
- Familiarity with data mining tools such as SAS or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets efficiently

Location: This position is located in Wiltz, Luxembourg.
Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 USD per month.
