Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Moscow


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Moscow. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for using your technical expertise to assist in the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and designs
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and standards
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project progress
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proficient in English language (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Experience working as an Architectural Technologist is not required but considered an asset
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
