We are in search of a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Moscow. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing architectural design solutions for various construction projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge and proficiency in CAD software. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present architectural design concepts and technical drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive design solutions
- Prepare construction documents including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building technology
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations in Moscow
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport for seamless travel between countries
