Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems. Your primary focus will be on creating and optimizing machine learning solutions that can improve the performance of our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Pre-processing data, feature engineering, and selecting appropriate algorithms for specific problems
- Building, training, and testing machine learning models using various tools and programming languages
- Optimizing models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferences:
Our company is open to applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English. This position offers a salary of $1200 per month with accommodation provided. Due to the urgent nature of this role, we require candidates who already have a valid visa for Lithuania.
