Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and be proficient in English. Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and processes
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to ensure projects meet quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Create project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, health & safety standards
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues promptly
