Senior Accountant - Eschen, Egypt


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Eschen, Egypt. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities of our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles
- Analyze financial data and provide accurate financial forecasts
- Track expenses, prepare budgets, and manage cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and relevant laws/regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks), and ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
