We are a well-established restaurant in the heart of Jerusalem, seeking an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, inventory, finances, and customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor food quality and safety standards to maintain excellent service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the chef on menu planning, pricing, and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supply
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address any concerns or issues, and promote teamwork

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems such as POS systems
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1100 per month
