Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist with the development of training materials for clients on various technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Salary: 1300$ per month.

Location: Karachi (no accommodation provided)

Visa Requirement: Must have own visa.
