Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro. As an Architectural Technologist, you will use your expertise in architecture and technology to design and construct buildings that are both functional and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative building designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of designs
- Prepare building specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant technical tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for international projects
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
