Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials. Your main goal will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of the excavator, while following all safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the excavator in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance and inspection on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excavate and grade designated areas according to plans
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Ensure proper use of attachments such as buckets, hammers, and grapples
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation on job sites
- Keep track of material usage and report any issues or concerns with equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for heavy machinery (excavators)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary:
$900 per month
