Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful completion of various projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of project development, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Communicate project progress to clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
- Evaluate project performance against established goals and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk (open to candidates from other cities in Russia)

Nationality/Location preference: Indians living in Izhevsk or willing to relocate (open to candidates of other nationalities as well)

Note: This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time options for the right candidate. Candidates who have their own visa to work in Russia will be given preference.
