Part-Time Executive Chef
Location: Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu for our restaurant in Herzliya. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and availability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special events or themed menu nights
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate employees
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
