Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Washington. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff. This includes coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing guidance and support to our team of nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Coordinate patient care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and monitoring progress
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in handling complex cases or situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on patient care and staff performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary medical supplies
- Conduct regular meetings with nursing staff to review policies, procedures, and updates in healthcare practices
- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in the state of Washington
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Washington (open to all nationalities)
