Barista - Indian Nationality


A popular cafe in Al Buraymi is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- Full-time availability
- Must have own visa and valid residency in Al Buraymi
- Minimum of high school education
- Graduates with relevant training or courses in coffee-making are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following proper measurements and recipes for each drink
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including workstations, equipment, and dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, recommending menu items, and handling complaints or queries professionally
- Receive payments from customers using cash or card transactions accurately
- Restock inventory of supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, milk, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations during busy hours
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food items
- Continuously learn about new products on the menu to better assist customers with their orders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month based on experience and skills. Additional benefits such as tips from customers may also be earned.
