Community Moderator


We are seeking a responsible and proactive Community Moderator to join our team in Remish. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, ensuring that all user-generated content is in line with our community guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities, including forums, social media groups, and chat rooms
- Enforce community guidelines and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance when needed
- Identify and report any potential issues or concerns raised by community members
- Engage with the community to foster a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for growing the community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as a moderator or in community management is preferred
- Understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts as needed

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Remish, Philippines (open to remote candidates)
