We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring they are sturdy and precise. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, assembling formwork according to blueprints, and removing formwork after the concrete has set. You may also be required to operate hand and power tools, as well as read and interpret construction drawings.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in carpentry or construction, strong mathematical skills, and attention to detail. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using hand and power tools
- Install reinforcing bars and steel mesh
- Pour concrete into formwork and smooth it using trowels or screeds
- Remove formwork after the concrete has set
- Inspect completed forms for accuracy and stability
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong mathematical skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions

Salary:
1700$ per month

Location:
Chelyabinsk, Russia (open to Indian applicants)

Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (overtime may be required)
