Architectural Technologist in Abu Dhabi


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the design and construction of buildings. Your main duties will include creating detailed technical drawings and models, conducting on-site inspections, and collaborating with project teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop building designs
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure projects are being completed according to plans and specifications
- Assist with cost estimating and project scheduling
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, standards, and regulations

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation, a free visa, and a round-trip ticket.
