Restaurant Manager in Lahore, Pakistan



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lahore. You will work closely with the staff to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, and budget control.
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and standards are followed by staff at all times.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff members and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, or new initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality service.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budget control, and cost analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary: 1700$ per month
