Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lahore. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and well-trained. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints effectively and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
