Construction Manager


As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. This role is based in La-Condamine, with a salary of 1100$. We welcome candidates without experience and offer accommodation as well as visa sponsorship. Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects meet all safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Hire and supervise construction workers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and laws

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or relevant field (preferred but not required)
