Handyman for Property Management Company in Abu Dhabi


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our property management team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in various handyman tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance. This is an English speaking job with a salary of 1300$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential problems or areas for improvement
- Communicate with tenants to address any maintenance concerns and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a related field
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety procedures
- Valid driver's license preferred
