We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in El-Ain. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane, while also adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Operate cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites
- Inspect crane before each use to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew during lifts
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crane as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and maintenance performed
- Report any malfunctions or issues with the crane immediately
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their specific functions
- Ability to read load charts and understand rigging techniques
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to crane operations
- Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating with ground crew during lifts
- Physical strength and stamina to handle long hours of operating heavy machinery
