We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in El-Ain, Pakistan. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating mobile or stationary cranes to lift, move, position and place materials and equipment. Our ideal candidate should have excellent hand-eye coordination, strong spatial awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to manufacturer's recommendations and safety guidelines
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any defects or malfunctions
- Communicate with ground personnel to safely lift, move and place materials or equipment
- Calculate load weight and determine safe lifting capacity of cranes
- Rig loads using appropriate slings, shackles and other rigging equipment
- Ensure proper positioning of crane before lifting loads
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect operations
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid certification as a crane operator from a recognized training institute
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating mobile cranes
- Knowledge of different crane types (mobile, tower, overhead)
- Ability to interpret load charts
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong spatial awareness
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
