Sales Manager - Bayan, Egypt

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bayan, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team, developing sales strategies and plans, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred) and English

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns

Our company offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month plus commission. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available. Experience in the Egyptian market is preferred but not required. This is an urgent position so apply now!
