Our company is currently seeking experienced and skilled Welders to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Determine the appropriate welding technique and equipment needed for each project
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, grease, or other foreign matter
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a professional setting
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core welding techniques
- Knowledge of various types of metal including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on safety precautions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
- Valid work permit or own visa for Bulgaria is required
