A leading retail company in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and optimizing product placement to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers to plan and select merchandise for display
- Create attractive displays that showcase products and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed
- Analyze sales data to determine which products are selling well and make recommendations for future orders
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition in order to make informed decisions regarding product placement and pricing
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
Jerusalem, Israel. This position is open to all nationalities.

Employment Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Experience:
No previous experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
