Architectural Technologist - CAD Drafter for Residential Projects (Contract Position)



We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential projects. This is a contract position suitable for men with a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions
- Prepare project documentation including construction drawings, specifications, and material lists
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience working on residential projects is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with flexible working hours. No English language skills are required. Candidates must have a biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
