Barista - Malayalees in Washington



We are seeking experienced Malayalee baristas to join our team in Washington, USA. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
