We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Washington. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. This is an urgent job with free visa and ticket provided. Filipinos are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare drinks according to established recipes
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional menu items to customers
- Follow health code regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
