Purpose:

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the oversight of all administration, training and supervision related to household staff stationed at Tadbeer accommodation.

Job Description:

• Manage the overall administration of all the company provided housing and accommodation
• Manage logistics and documentation for all household staff upon arrival to Saudi Arabia
• Ensure training of all newly hired household staff before deployment
• Maintain schedules and rosters and ensure proper deployment of staff
• Manage team supervisors to maintain performance levels and ensure the safety of all workers
• Handle and investigate incidences and perform conflict resolution where necessary
• Ensure discipline of workers and maintain professional service delivery
• Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand and meet client expectations
• Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals
• Meets regularly with staff to assess progress and address concerns
• Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
• Develop, modify and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure health and safety standards are met at all accommodation facilities
• Respond to and manage complaints, incidents and emergency situations

Education Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration. Education in HR or Hospitality industry will be an advantage

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in a related field
• At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
• Previous experience in a similar role at an international recruitment company is preferred
