Job Title: Part-Time Commercial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Research building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect, preferably with a focus on retail or office buildings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Lahore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others
